2. Operating instructions
Before you use the device, read the information in the "How to use it safely" section.
2.1 Charging the automatic wine corkscrew
Charge the device before use. Connect the supplied power cord to the USB port of the device.
Connect the cable to the power adapter (not supplied) with an output current not exceeding 1A.
Connect the adapter to a power source. The charging indicator light, consisting of four LED
lights, will flash white on and off from left to right. When the battery is fully charged, the
charging indicator stops blinking and lights steadily without flickering.
To fully charge the battery, the device must be charged for at least 4 hours.
2.2 Opening the bottle
1. Place the foil knife on the neck of the bottle, wrap it around it and make several full turns
both ways until it is completely cut off.
2. Place the electric corkscrew on the neck of the bottle. Make sure that the corkscrew is in the
vertical position and strictly in the center of the cork.
3. Press and hold the DOWN button to remove the cork from the bottle while pushing the
corkscrew from the top. After removing the cork, release the DOWN button and remove the
corkscrew from the bottle neck.
4. Remove the cork from the corkscrew by holding the UP button until the cork is removed from
the device.
2.3 Using an aerator
Insert the aerator firmly into the neck of the bottle and pour the wine by tilting the bottle down
with the long part of the lug.
2.4 Using the vacuum plug of the presser
1. Insert the vacuum stopper into the bottle.
2. Pull the lever at the top of the unit up and then push the lever down. Repeat this procedure
several times.
