3-3. upgrading Scanner firmware and software ( MTC, XRC, CT FPD abd Scanner PC )
Before upgrading Scanner software, please perform the followings.
- Finish the scanner operation and close the Console Application Software
- Turn off and on the power of the Scanner unit
- After the initial screen appears on the LCD panel, wait one minutes to start the following operation.
Step-1: Start Tight VNC and open maintenance mode screen Chk3
On the Console PC, start Tight VNC,
( Tight VNC is located in
C: Program Files / TightVNC )
The file name is tvnviewer.exe
And enter 192.168.5.6.
And click "Connect" button.
Press
(System setting button)
long enough to enter
the maintenance mode
and enter the pass word.
Open the Chk3 screen.
If there is a message
" Restart System Scanner update ",
turn off and on the scanner unit.
( For example, after daily check operation,
there are too many files in Ramdisk area,
then we will have such a message and
it can be solved by power off operation. )
