Pull the straight end of the strap from the underside of the stand and around the front side of the Foot Platform. Lift

the section of strap with the buckle up through the platform. Insert the straight end into the first slot of the buckle.

Then insert into the second slot of the buckle. Pull strap tight. Repeat these steps for other strap. Adjust the buckles

as needed for easy transport.
