The warranty intervention will be carried out by the manufacturer at the
user's choice or at his factory; in the latter case the transport costs will be
charged.
During the warranty period, the manufacturer will be responsible for any
parts and components to be replaced. Labor costs or any fixed call charges
will be charged to the user based on the rates in force of the manufacturer.
The parts and components replaced under warranty remain the property of
the manufacturer to which they must be returned at the expense and
expense of the user.
Any services requested by the user for control or modification of the product
or in any case not related to the warranty will be charged according to the
rates in force of the manufacturer.
Warranty exclusions and limitations
All malfunctions and / or damage to the appliance or imperfections that are
due to the following causes are excluded from this warranty:

• Improper overheating of the appliance, ie use of fuels that do not comply
with the types and quantities indicated on the instructions supplied
• Surfaces and components subject to thermal shock.
• Parts deteriorated due to inefficiency of f
ireplaces, flues, or parts of the
system on which the appliance depends.
• Damage caused by interventions or tampering by unauthorized personnel
or by the user himself to solve the initial problem
• Aggravation of damages caused by the further use of the a
ppliance by the
user once the defect has arisen
• Damage caused by tampering with the appliance, atmospheric agents,
natural disasters, vandalism, electrical discharges, fires, defects in the
electrical and / or hydraulic system.
• In the presence of a boi
ler, any corrosions, incrustations or breakages
caused by stray currents, condensation, aggressiveness or acidity of the
water, descaling treatments carried out improperly, lack of water, sludge or
limestone deposits
• Masonry.
• Plant details (if any) not
supplied by the manufacturer.
• False or false statements on the dates of purchase and / or installation
