The suction doesn’t function properly.
- Check if there is electricity supplied.
- Check whether the power cable is cut/broken for some reason.
- Check the fuse F2 16A inside the electrical panel of the machine.
- Check the Contactor K1.
The heating of the working surface is not activated.
- Check switch nr.5.
- Check fuses F1 & F3 16A.
- Check if the safety thermostats TS1 & TS2 are defective. Replace them.
- Check whether the thermostat TH1 is defective. Replace it.
- Check whether the heating elements H1 & H2 are burnt. Replace them.
The motor sounds loud.
- Check whether the ball bearings
are worn out. Replace them.
- Check whether there is any fluff or dust inside the fan wheel of the motor that causes vibrations. Clean
it.
