Remove Motor
Power off and Unplug the unit

WARNING
Failure to disconnect power
from the unit before servicing
could result in severe bodily
injury or death. The ON/OFF
Switch does not disconnect
incoming power to the unit.
Using a Phillips head screwdriver, open the control
side panel. Reference the
Red Arrow
.

Unplug motor from the wiring harness. Refer to the
Blue Arrow
.

Remove the (2) screws using a Phillips screwdriver to
release the motor assembly. Refer to the
Green Ar-

Install the new motor assembly. Ensure the motor
shaft is aligned with the conveyor. Secure using (2)
Phillips Screws.
5
Connect the motor wiring harness. Previously removed
in step 3.

Using a Phillips head screwdriver, secure the control
side panel. Previously removed in step 2.

Plug in unit. Power on and ensure the unit is fully
functional.
