4. To remove Blade, carefully hold by the outer rim and rotate Handle counterclockwise
to release.
Note: You may want to use a towel if Blade is hard to grip due to moisture
from produce, etc.

To release Grater Base, lift Suction Cup Lever.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
CLEANING
• Rinse Blades, Grater Base, and Bowl immediately after use.
• Do not soak the Grater Base or Blades in water.
• Carefully clear out any excess foods from the Food Chute or Blades with a cleaning brush
or cloth.
• Some foods like carrots, sweet potatoes, or yams may stain the Grater Base. Use a paper
towel with some olive oil to rub the area clean.
• All components are dishwasher safe.
• Make sure all the pieces are completely dry before storing.
STORAGE
• For compact storage, all pieces can be stored inside the Bowl. Keep one Blade locked in
the Grater Base, stack the other two Blades within each other, and place inside the
Grater Base as shown.
(The Suction Cup Lever needs to be in the upright position).
