steamed food from the steam tray.
If necessary, stir the rice to loosen it and

remove the rice from the inner pot (6).
Cleaning and maintenance
The appliance must be cleaned after each use.
Warning!
- Before cleaning or maintenance, remove
the mains plug from the wall socket and
wait until the appliance has cooled down.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or
any other liquids for cleaning.

- Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning
agents to clean the appliance.
- Do not use sharp objects to clean the
appliance.
Open the lid.

Remove the steam tray and the inner pot

from the appliance. Clean the steam tray
and the inner pot in soapy water.
Remove the condensate reservoir from the

appliance. Empty the condensate reservoir.
Clean the condensate reservoir in soapy
water.
Remove the steam vent cap from the lid.

Disassemble the steam vent cap by pulling
the two halves from each other. Clean the
steam vent cap in soapy water.
Clean the rice scoop in soapy water.
•
Thoroughly dry the accessories.
•
Clean the outside of the appliance and the
•
heating elements with a damp cloth.
Thoroughly dry the outside of the appliance
and the heating elements with a clean, dry
cloth.
Assemble the steam vent cap by pushing
•
the two halves onto each other. Firmly
push the steam vent cap into the lid.
