Once you have registered your new product, you can make a claim to have your Pro-4 Tactical item replaced.
You MUST send in the following:
Proof of purchase (store receipt), your contact information, a description of the problem,
and your nonworking product.
NOTE:
You MUST register your product before requesting service. Registration must take place within 2 weeks
of purchase.
