To increase or de-
crease the incline,
hold down the right
or left side of the
incline button.

of the treadmill by placing objects under the tread-
mill. Change the incline only as described above.

HOW TO USE THE UPPER BODY ARMS

As you exercise
on the treadmill,
you can hold ei-

or the upper body
arms. The upper
body arms are de-

your arms, shoul-

upper body arm
with each hand,
and move the
arms forward and
back as you walk
on the treadmill.

To vary the intensity of your upper body exercise, the
resistance of the upper body arms can be adjusted. To
increase the resistance, turn the resistance knobs
clockwise; to decrease the resistance, turn the knobs

HOW TO PLUG IN THE POWER CORD

uct is equipped with a cord having an equipment-earthing con-
ductor and a earthing plug.

Plug the power cord into an ap-

propriate outlet that is properly installed and earthed in
accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

DANGER:

Improper connection of

the equipment-earthing conductor can result in
an increased risk of electric shock. Check with a
qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in
doubt as to whether the product is properly
earthing. Do not modify the plug provided with
the productÑif it will not fit the outlet, have a
proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
