Press ENTER To Validate.

Each program corresponds to a specific target :

Program 55% HR  corresponds to 55% of Max 

HRC

Program 75% HR  corresponds to 75% of Max 

HRC

Program 90% HR  corresponds to 90% of Max 

HRC

Program TGT HR  corresponds to Target Heart 

Rate you will define

The HRC is calculated as follow : 220- your age. 

For instance, for a person of 35 years old : 220-35 = 

185 pulse/min.

4. Entering your datas

You can now adjust the value Time, Distance and calories 

by pressing Up or Down.

Press ENTER to valid the value.

Finally press START / STOP to start.

5. Change the resistance of the pedals as

desired.

As you pedal, change the resistance of the pedals by 

pressing the Resistance increase and decrease buttons. 

There are sixteen resistance levels. Note: After you’ve 

pressed the buttons, it will take a moment for the pedals 

to reach the selected resistance level.

6. Follow your progress with the display.

The console displays the elapsed time and the distance 

you’ve pedaled. Note: When a smart program is selected, 

the display will show the time remaining in the program 

instead of the elapsed time.It also displays your pedaling 

speed (in RPM or Km/h), the calories and fat calories 

you’ve burnt and also your heart rate when you use the 

handgrip pulse sensor.

USER SETTING PROGRAMS :

1.Select your age

2. Select a Custom Program.

Once the age is selected, the word MANUAL will appear. 

press UP and DOWN in order to select the program you 

want. 

The name of the programs will be written on the display 

(CUSTOM1, CUSTOM2, CUSTOM3 and CUSTOM4)

Press ENTER To Validate. 

You can now adjust the value Time, Distance and 

Calories by pressing Up or Down.

Press ENTER to valid the value.

3.Entering your datas

Now, the first column will be flashing and you’ll use 

the UP and DOWN button to create your profile. 

Press ENTER to validate, you’ll then move on the 

2nd column. Do the same as before for the 10 

columns. Finally press START/STOP button to start.

4. Change the resistance of the pedals as

desired.

As you pedal, change the resistance of the pedals 

by pressing the Resistance increase and decrease 

buttons. There are ten resistance levels. Note: After 

you press the buttons, it will take a moment for the 

pedals to reach the selected resistance level.

If the pedal do not move for a few seconds, the word 

STOP will appear in the display, and the console will 

pause. The console has an “auto-off” feature. If the 

pedals do not move and the console buttons are not 

pressed for a few minutes, the power will turn off 

automatically to save the batteries.

6. Follow your progress with the display.

BODYFAT PROGRAM :

1. Turn on the console

To turn on the console, press any button on the 

console or simply begin pedaling.

2.Select the body Fat Program

Press the UP and DOWN button to select the Body 

Fat program. Wait until the FAT begin flashing. 

Press the ENTER button to validate. This is a 

special test designed to calculate users’ body fat 

pourcentage (FAT%), Base Metabolic Rate (BMR), 

Body Mass Index (BMI) and provide you a body 

Type. 

3.Entering your datas

Height is flashing, adjust to your size with the button 

Up and Down and then validate with ENTER.

Adjust in the same way the value of WEIGTH, AGE, 

SEX and validate each time by pressing ENTER.
