A. High Pressure Inflatables (Tires)

1. Remove air hose and screw inflator nozzle onto tire

stem.

2. Remove Power Cord from storage compartment and

insert into a suitable outlet or 12V DC source.  Toggle

compress ON/OFF switch to ON position.  Unit will begin

inflating.

3. Inflate until object reaches its original shape, use pres

-

sure gauge as a reference for desired pressure (deter-

mined from vehicle or tire manufacturer’s specification).

4. When near correct operating pressure, toggle compres-

sor ON/OFF switch to OFF and unplug the inflator power

cord.

5. Use a tire gauge to check inflation and adjust to desired

pressure as recommended by the vehicle and/or tire

manufacturer.

NOTICE:

Always double check air pressure using a reli-

able pressure gauge.

B. Low Pressure Inflatables

1. To inflate air mattresses, beach balls, life jackets, etc.,

select the suitable adapter (Fig. 3), then insert and se-

cure into the end of the air hose (Fig. 2).

2. Insert the connector adapter into the appropriate receiver

on the inflatable.

3. Plug the inflator into a DC 12V outlet.  Toggle compres

-

sor ON/OFF switch to ON position.  Unit should com-

mence inflation.

4. Inflate to a pressure or level of firmness recommended

by the manufacturer.  Toggle compressor ON/OFF

switch to OFF then unplug the power cord from the DC

12V outlet.

C

. Operating the Work Light

1. Plug the Compressor into a suitable 12V DC power

source.

2. Toggle Light switch to II position for steady, high-intensi-

ty, work light. Toggle switch to I position for emergency

red flashing light.  Centered switch position extinguishes

light.

E. REPLACING THE FUSE

(15A 6mm dia. x 30mm glass tube current fuse)

1. Unscrew the plastic 12V DC plug cap.

2. Gently remove 15A fuse and replace with fuse of same

rating and size.

3. Place fuse properly in position to allow installation of

plastic cap.

4. Reinstall plastic 12V DC plug cap.

TIPS FOR OPERATION

1. Ensure vehicle battery is sufficiently charged to operate

compressor.

2. If Compressor does not operate when plugged into a

DC 12V outlet, check connections at back of DC 12V

plug as well the fuse receptacle.  Replace as needed

with a fuse of identical rating.  Never replace with fuse

of higher rating.  No user replaceable parts exist for this

item,  refer any repairs to qualified personnel only.

3. Do not overheat the Compressor, monitor cycle times

(Compressor on and off periods).  Never exceed 15 min-

utes continuous running.  Let unit cool for 15 minutes,

then reattempt use.

4. Operate and store in a clean, dry environment.  Do not

obstruct the unit’s cooling vents.

Performance Tip:

Keep your tires inflated per the vehicle’s

owner’s manual.  This will increase gas mileage and re-

duce tire wear.
