FAULT CODES
When there is a malfunction, the Power/Fault LEDs (R) on the tiller will
flash in a specific pattern to provide the fault code number. See the
appendix to determine the reason for the fault code.
1. All four LEDs will flash for one second.
2. The green LED will flash. Count the number of flashes and multiply by
10 to determine the first digit.
3. The rightmost LED will flash. Count the number of flashes to
determine the second digit.
Five green flashes (50) and four rightmost LED flashes (4) equals 54.
4. Consult the fault codes in the appendix to determine the problem.
BATTERY CHARGING
IMPORTANT! Read the labels on the charger and battery before
attempting to charge it to prevent a shock hazard.
You can remove the battery back from the pallet jack or leave it in place
during charging.
1. Remove any load on the pallet jack.
2. Park the truck at a dedicated secured area with a dedicated power
supply (see Specifications). This area be well ventilated.

4. Switch the truck off and connect the
charger plug (Fig. 3-1) to the charging port
(Fig. 3-2) on the battery. Then plug the
charger (Fig. 3-3) to the power outlet.
5. The red LED will glow red until the battery
is fully charged. Then the green LED will
then glow.
a. The power/fault LEDs (S) will not display the charge level during
charging. You will need to disconnect the charger and start the
pallet jack to determine the charge level.
6. Disconnect the charger plug from the battery and close the cap after
the charger finished charging. Disconnect the plug (19) from the
outlet and store it.
