FUSE REPLACEMENT
The pallet jack has two fuses to prevent power surges.
70A FUSE
The 70A fuse in located on the battery (FU01).
1. Remove the battery from the pallet jack.
2. Pry the fuse cap off the battery’s back.
3. Pull out and replace the 70A blade fuse.
4. Push the fuse cap back into place.
5. Return the battery to the battery pallet jack.
10A FUSE
The 10A fuse is located on the left side of the power
unit (FU1).
1. Remove the hydraulic unit cover (G).
2. Remove the fuse cover.
3. Pull out and replace the 10A blade fuse.
4. Reattach the cover.
5. Reinstall the hydraulic unit cover.
HYDRAULIC OIL CHANGE
1. Lower the forks and turn the pallet jack off.
2. Remove the hydraulic unit cover (G).
3. Remove the oil filler plug (#8) on the power unit. Fill the pump with
hydraulic fluid. There are minimum and maximum marks to guide you.
a. Choose oil with a viscosity of 28.8 to 35.2 in temperatures
between -5 to 25°C (23 to 77°F).
b Choose oil with a viscosity of 41.4 to 47 in temperatures over
25°C (77°F).
4. Wait five minutes.
5. Check the oil filler hole and if necessary, top off the oil filler hole with
hydraulic oil.
6. Replace the oil filler plug and close the release valve.
7. Test the lift several times for proper operation before putting it into
