13. Remove the plug from the power outlet
- When the compressor is not being used,
before starting maintenance work, e.g.
when cleaning the suction � lter.
14. Avoid unintentional starting
- Before connecting the plug to the power
outlet, make sure that the switch is in the
OFF position.
15. The compressor has been designed for
use in dry rooms only. It must not be
used outdoors.
16. Be attentive
- Be careful with what you do. Approach
and perform your work sensibly. Do
not use the compressor when you lack
concentration or are distracted.
17. Examine the power tool for possible
damage
- Before using the compressor further,
carefully check protective devices or
slightly damaged parts to ensure that
they are in a proper working condition as
intended.
- Verify that the moving parts are
functioning properly and do not bind,
and that no parts are damaged. All parts
must be mounted correctly and must
meet all of the conditions necessary for
ensuring proper operation of the power
tool.
- Damaged protective devices and parts
must be repaired or replaced as intended
by an approved specialist workshop,
unless otherwise speci� ed in the
Instruction Manual.
- Damaged switches must be replaced by
an authorized service workshop.
- Do not use your compressor if the switch
cannot be turned ON and/or OFF.

- Using other accessories could pose a risk

19. Only authorized electricians should be
assigned to repair your power tool
- This compressor complies with the
relevant safety regulations. Repairs shall
only be carried out by an authorized
electrician using original spare parts;
otherwise the user may suff er accidents.

- When using the compressor, wear ear
protection.
21. Do not touch hot components of the
compressor
- To avoid burns, do not touch the lines,
the motor and all other components of
the compressor.

Notes on installation
• Examine the device for transport
damage. Immediately report any damage
to the transport company with which the
compressor was delivered.
• The compressor should be set up near
the load that is to be powered.
• Avoid long air piping and long feed lines
(extensions).
• Make sure that the inlet air is dry and
dust-free.
• Do not set up the compressor in a damp
or wet room.
• The compressor shall be operated in
suitable rooms (well ventilated, ambient
tempe5° / 40°C) only. The room
must not contain any dust, acids, vapors,
explosive or in� ammable gases.
