Operation
Preparation
1.
Make sure that the rotary control is set to “
OFF
”.
2.
Place the mixing vessel in position.
3.
Now put the ingredients that are to be mixed into
the mixing vessel.
4.
Put the lid on.
5.
Close the refi ll opening with the cap.
Rotary Control
You can set the speed and the duration with the rotary
control.
Turn the control clockwise between “
OFF
” and “
MAX
”.
Function Buttons
The function buttons can be pressed only when the
rotary control is set to “
P
”. The buttons light up blue.
Button (Pulse Operation)
Pulse operation is reached by pressing and releasing
the pulse operation button
.
Button (Crushed Ice)
The blades in the mixing vessel are also suitable for
crushing ice cubes. Press the crushed ice button
for this. Now the knife operates in automatic interval
operation for max. 40 seconds.
The program can be stopped early in two ways:
•
Press the button again.
•
Set the rotary control to “
OFF
”.
NOTE:
You can accelerate the process …
•
by fi lling water into the mixing vessel in advance.
•
by adding the ice cubes through the fi lling opening
onto the rotating knife.
Button (Smoothie)
The smoothie button is especially suited to gentle
mixing. The program will control the speed. It starts at
a low speed and automatically increases the speed to
the max. speed. The program duration is 2 minutes.
The program can be stopped early in two ways:
•
Press the button again.
•
Set the rotary control to “
OFF
”.
Adding Further Ingredients to be Mixed
Items to be mixed or spices can be fed in through the
fi lling aperture.
•
Please switch off the machine before doing so.
•
Before you switch the device on again, close the
opening.
•
You can continue operation only after setting the ro-
tary control to “
OFF
”.
Stopping Operation
1.
Turn the rotary control to “
OFF
”.
2.
Wait until the blade comes to a complete stop.
3.
Remove the mains plug from the socket.
4.
Remove the mixing vessel. Remove it by pulling it
upward.
5.
Take off the lid before pouring.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Citrus juices and food containing acids should never
be stored in metal vessels.

Cleaning
WARNING:
•
Always remove the plug before cleaning.
•
Under no circumstances should you immerse the device in water
for cleaning purposes. Otherwise this might result in an electric
shock or fi re.
