Make sure that all parts of the elliptical crosstrainer are properly tightened.
Note: Extra hardware may
be left after assembly is completed. To protect the floor or carpet from damage, place a mat under the ellipti-
cal crosstrainer.

8. Apply a generous amount of grease to the axle on the
Left Crank Arm (36). Slide the Left Pedal Leg (13) onto
the axle and secure it with an M8 x 35mm Patch Screw
(47) and an M10.3 Black Washer (53).
Align the lower end of the Left Handlebar (9) with the
free end of the Left Pedal Leg (13). Apply a generous
amount of grease between the Left Handlebar and the
Left Pedal Leg. Next, generously grease an M10 x
94mm Button Bolt (27). Attach the Left Handlebar to
the Left Pedal Leg with the Button Bolt, two M10
Washers (38), and an M10 Nylon Locknut (29) as
shown.
Do not overtighten the Nylon Locknut; the
Left Handlebar must be able to pivot freely.
Attach the Right Handlebar (10) to the Right Pedal Leg
(not shown) in the same way.
Refer to step 3. Tighten the M10 x 88mm Button
Bolt (63).
