he entity of the adjustment obviously depends on the caster and fork’s sizes.
Screw off the bolt

while holding the other.
Remove the axle

Position the caster to another hole, insert the axle and fix the bolt

holding the one
on the other side.
Pay attention to the spacers between caster and fork.
