The service life of the device is limited, and worn parts must be replaced in good time.
Change the oil:
- Open rubber stopper
- Remove old hydraulic fluid
- Fill with new hydraulic fluid (note filling quantity)
- Close rubber stopper
Hydraulic oil recommendation: Hydraulic oil HL 15 (HL 22) DIN 51 524 (ISO VG 15-22)
Pay attention to oil level and absolute cleanliness.
The used oil must be disposed of in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Malfunctions and their causes
Repairs
Repairs of a stamp carjack may only be carried out by qualified persons and are subject to the decision of the
manufacturer. Never try to repair the product yourself.
If there is any doubt as to its proper functioning, the jack must be removed from service for inspection by an
expert.
Also, do not use the product in the event of:
- fracture, deformation, sharp notches or cracks of any kind
- wear and excessive corrosion
Regular inspections
Perform a visual inspection before each use to detect any damage.
Damaged jacks must not be used.
Disposal
Collect used oil or leaking oil in a special container and take it to a waste oil disposal point. Dispose of the
jack properly.
After decommissioning, the parts of the jack must be recycled or disposed of in accordance with the statu-
tory regulations.
Warranty
The warranty expires if the product is used improperly and if the information in these operating instructions
