- Ensure stability, safe standing position and solid ground.
- Lift parts, vehicles etc. only on one side.
- Never lift an already lifted load with an additional lifting device.
- The jack may only be loaded under pressure.
- Secure vehicles or loads against rolling, slipping, etc.
- Do not exceed the load capacity according to the technical data sheet and the type shield.
Have it checked by an expert before initial operation.
At least once a year have an inspection carried out by an expert.
Inspection and maintenance intervals must be observed.
Only use original accessories and spare parts; safe function otherwise not guaranteed.
Initial operation
Insert the end of the pump lever with the punched hole into the lever holder and make a firm connection
between the two parts by turning it anticlockwise. This allows the jack to be pushed under the load to be
lifted by means of a pump lever and pulled out again after use. At the same time, this prevents the pump lever
from slipping.
Place the jack in the position provided by the vehicle manufacturer or under the load and place it so that you
do not have to reach under the suspended load (vehicle).
Lifting the load:
Depending on the version, unscrew the existing setting spindle to the starting point of the load. Pump through
several times when the drain plug is open (move the pump lever up and down). Close the drain plug by turning
it clockwise with the pump lever.
Perform pumping movements; make full use of pump lever movements.
The lifted load must be safely supported during the working phase.
(e.g. by stands).
During the working phase, there must be no objects in the surrounding area of the lifted load
Lowering the load:
When lowering, there must be no obstacles in the area of the load to be lowered, the lowering path must be
free.
Lift the load slightly and remove any additional support device.
Place the end of the pump lever onto the drain valve screw and slowly and carefully open the drain screw by
turning it anticlockwise (max. 1/2 turn).
Opening too quickly or too far increases the lowering speed. The operator is responsible for
ensuring a careful lowering process. When the work is finished, retract the piston and spindle
completely.
Maintenance
Safety information: Before inspection and maintenance work, the hydraulic carjack must be destressed by
suitable measures.

Before each use
Visual inspection, carjack function, is there a leakage?
Half-yearly
Cleaning and oiling moving parts, in rare cases - pump the piston upwards and
retract it completely again
Yearly
Check the oil level, check all parts of the jack for wear and replace defective parts
if necessary, have an expert inspection carried out
Every 2 years
