At the bottom of the screen there are two lines with information
about the module. The first line shows the DT-30x where is linked. The
second line shows the status of the input
ASI-TS
signal, the
bitrate
used in
kilobit per second and the percentage of bitrate used relative to the total
available.
The
DT-101B/102B
module adjusts the compression rate to the
total bitrate available, using the modulation parameters.
The bitrate is a very important data, because determines the amount
of services that can be selected. It is advisable to make the most of the
available bitrate in order to fit the higher number of services. If the bitrate
percentage is below the 100% the system will work, but if you exceed that
percentage, the module will be saturated and will not show any service on
the TV receiver.
Once the list of services is selected, the TV receiver will show the list
rebuilt, that is, a list with only the filtered services, which will be the only
ones that will be displayed on the receiver. Not selected services will not
appear on the list, avoiding changing blank channels.
