on the I/O terminal interface to the 3.3V or 5V connection on the
external alarm device (Blue wire in illustration)

connection on the
external alarm device (Red wire in illustration)

ALARM_GND -
on the I/O terminal interface to the
Input -
connection on the
external alarm device (Black wire in illustration)
