TERMS OF GUARANTEE
1.
Reliable operation of this product during the whole period of operation is the subject
of special care of our service centers. In case of any problems during the operation of
the product we recommend you to access only the service centers of our company.
2.
When buying a product, check it for completeness and condition.
3.
To avoid confusion, we kindly ask you to carefully read the instructions before using
the product.
4.
The legal basis of this warranty is applicable law.
5.
The warranty period of this product is
12 months
calculated from the date of delivery.
In case of elimination of defects of the product, the warranty period is extended for
the period during which it has not been used.
6.
The technical lifetime of the product depends on the operating conditions.
7.
Our warranty does not apply to product failure caused by:

Failure to follow user requirements for use of the product;

The mechanical damage caused by external shock or any other influence;

Use of the product for other purposes;
џ
Natural disasters;
џ
Adverse weather and other external influences on the product such as rain, snow,
humidity, heat, corrosive environment;

Use of accessories, consumables and spare parts not recommended or not
approved by the manufacturer;
џ
Penetration of foreign objects, insects, animals, materials or substances into the
product;
џ
On the units exposed to opening, repair or modification by an unauthorized
service center;
џ
On the accessories and spare parts that fail due to normal wear and tear, such as
body parts and consumables, including servo motors, LEDs, bolted connections;
џ
Failures caused as a result of overload, which caused the failure of the electric
motors, actuators, switches, monitors, and other units and parts. Unconditional
featured product overload includes, among others: the destruction of the matrix
displays, deformation or melting of parts and components of the product,
browning or charring of insulation by heat.
8.
The manufacturer shall, within the warranty period, free of charge correct defects in
the product or replace it if the defects are not caused by the violation conditions of
service or storage by the buyer. Warranty repair is made by the robot manufacturer
service centers.
All products are made in Russia, and do not require certification.
