5. Warranty conditions

Use of accessories, consumables and spare parts not recom-
mended or approved by the manufacturer;

Penetration of foreign objects, insects, animals, materials or
substances into the product;

For devices that have been opened, repaired or modified out-
side the authorized service center;

For accessories, parts that have failed due to normal wear, such
as body parts and consumables, including servos, LEDs, screw
connections;

Faults caused by overloading, resulting in the failure of electric
motors, servo drives, switches, monitors and other compo-
nents, parts. Unconditional signs of product overload include,
among others: destruction of the matrix of displays, defor-
mation or melting of parts and components of the product,
darkening or charring of wire insulation under the influence of
high temperature.

The manufacturer undertakes, during the warranty period of
operation, to repair product defects or replace it without com-
pensation, if the defects did not arise as a result of the buyer's
violation of the rules for the use of the product or its storage.
Warranty repair of the robot is performed by the manufactur-
er's service centers.
