IF THE E-BIKE FAILS IN NORMAL USE WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS OF OWNERSHIP, PROPELLA WILL
REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT. AFTER 12 MONTHS, PROPELLA CAN PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
SERVICE ON ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS AND OFFERS AVAILABLE REPLACEMENT PARTS AT RETAIL
PRICE.
WARRANTY COVERAGE IS VALID STARTING THE DATE OF DELIVERY WITH THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS:
WEAR AND TEAR AND DAMAGE TO BICYCLE COMPONENTS SUCH AS TIRES, TUBES, BRAKE PADS,
CHAINS, CABLES, GEARS, ETC. ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY.
WARRANTY POLICY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLECT, ABUSE, IMPROPER ASSEMBLY,
IMPROPER OR INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, MODIFICATIONS, ACCIDENTS, OR NONCOMPLIANT WITH
THE USER GUIDE OR PRODUCT WARNING LABELS.
DAMAGE DUE TO EXTREME TEMPERATURE, OR WATER IMMERSION ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS POLICY.
TAMPERING WITH THE BATTERY OR OTHER ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WILL RESULT IN A VOIDED
WARRANTY.
WARRANTY SERVICE ONLY APPLIES TO COUNTRIES/REGIONS WHERE PROPELLA OFFERS SALE AND
DISTRIBUTION.
RETURN POLICY

YOU MAY CONTACT US AT AND REQUEST FOR A RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR
PACKAGE.
AFTER THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, YOUR TOTAL PURCHASE WILL BE REFUNDED
MINUS A RESTOCKING FEE:
IF YOU HAVE NOT OPENED THE BOX, THE FEE IS 10%.
IF YOU HAVE KEPT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THE BIKE IS IN
