If the “Do you want to
move the left locator...”
dialog appears
If you Open or Receive a sample, and there is no loop setting, or the loop start is
just at the beginning of the sample, a dialog appears suggesting you should let
the program move the Left Locator to the first slice point. This is to avoid very
short slices at the beginning of the sample. We recommend that you click “Yes”
unless you have good reason.

If you want this to be done automatically, open the Preferences di-
alog on the Edit menu and activate the option “Always Move Left
Locator to First Slice Point”.
When this is activated, ReCycle will automatically place the Left Locator on
the first slice point when you Open or Receive a sample, without asking.
