1. Use the correct device for the job. This device was
designed for a specific function. Do not modify or alter this
device or use it for an unintended purpose.
2. Do not use the device if any parts are damaged, broken or
misplaced. Repair or replace the parts.
3. Remove a pick-up truck’s tailgate before placing the ramps
in position. The tailgate may fail under the load’s weight,
causing the load to fall, resulting a serious injury.
4. The ramp’s maximum installed height must not exceed
30 inches as the incline is too steep to safely load or
unload a machine.
5. Always use safety straps to securely fasten the ramps to
the vehicle. Straps will help to prevent the ramps from
slipping off the vehicle.
6. Do not exceed the ramp’s maximum weight capacity.
7. Avoid of dynamic loading. Sudden load movement may
exceed the load capacity and break the ramps.
8. Engage the vehicle’s parking brake, place chocks under the
wheels and turn the engine off while loading or unloading.
