Operating the product

1. Press the LOW/HIGH/OFF button to turn on the massager, which will start at the

low speed of vibration massage.

2. Press the LOW/HIGH/OFF buttons again to adjust the vibration to the higher

speed.

3. After the speed is selected, place the massager on the body areas where massage is

needed.

4. After the massage is complete, press the LOW/HIGH/OFF button to turn off the

massager.
