Object of the declaration: Anchorage device type B in polyester webbing width 21 mm. On
one end a sewn buckle protected by a tubular sheath. Available length from 20 cm to 200
cm. Vertical use and only by one person.
The object of the declaration described in point 4 is in conformity with REGULATION (EU)
2016/425.
The PPE conforms to the requirements of EN 795:2012, EN 354:2010, EN 566:2006
The notified body APAVE SUDEUROPE SAS (n°0082) - CS60193 – 13322 MARSEILLE
CEDEX 16 – France performed the EU type-examination (Module B) and issued
the EC type-examination certificate: 0082/293/160/08/16/0293, 0082/293/160/08/16/0294,
0082/293/160/08/16/0295
The PPE is subject to the conformity assessment procedure module C2 under surveillance
of the notified body APAVE SUDEUROPE SAS (n°0082) - CS60193 – 13322 MARSEILLE
