Prototype products have been developed and manufactured with great care
and precision, they are submitted to demanding tests.
Prototype products are guaranteed for 2 years against any manufacturer
defects or defective materials.
Prototype guarantee only applies to claims made by the first owner, who must
present the purchase receipt or invoice.
Warranty limitation:
Products without invoice makes it impossible to establish the date and origin
of sale;
Damage caused by excessive pressure or resulting from overheating of the
brake track;
Damage resulting from any kind of modification;
Damage resulting from normal wear of Dust seals - Bearing races - Bearings -
Free hubs - Spokes - Nipples - Spokes - Sprockets - Stripped threads / bolts -
Bushings - Pawls - Tools - Wheel braking surfaces;
Damage caused by incorrect installation or use of incompatible parts;
Damage cause by shipment or storage;
Damage resulting from inadequate maintenance;
Damage caused intentionally;
PROTOTYPE assumes no liability for damages or injuries caused by inappropri-
ate use or installation.
PROTOTYPE does not cover the labor costs associated with removing the
product from the bicycle, and preparing the shipment.
The defective product must be claimed to the same authorized dealer you
purchased it from.

Crash Replacement
If your Prototype wheel break or get damage after suffering an accident,
PROTOTYPE replace your wheel for new one under special conditions.
If the damage is not repairable, PROTOTYPE offers you 35% discount on the
wheel replacement. (based recommended retail price - 35% discount).
To take advantage of our Crash Replacement, you must send the damage wheel
to us without the tire, sprocket cassette, quick release skewer. Otherwise, we
cannot accept any liability for any damage to or loss of these items. Further-
more, we expressly reserve the right to return wheels do not meet these
requirements unrepaired at the sender expense. After activate our crash
replacement policy the damage wheel became PROTOTYPE propriety.
PROTOTYPE takes care of the wheel destruction process in accordance with
environmental laws.
The new wheel have 2 years warranty from replacement date.
