PHS2100 Prevail Mobile Commode/Shower Chair
Assembly and operating Instructions

Cut tape around box and remove contents from package.
The Prevail Mobile will be in three parts: Seat assembly
(includes armrests), footrest and frame.. Arrange them in
front of you for easy assembly. Four bolts and four knobs are
also included for fastening of the seat assembly.

The Frame is the main part of the Prevail Mobile, including the
backrest and casters. Set the Prevail Mobile on its casters and
unfold for assembly.

Insert the footrest into the support insert on the inside base of
the Prevail Mobile frame. The spring loaded gold button will
click into place once the footrest is properly inserted. Once
inserted, the footrest should be able to fold up and down.
4.
Take the seat assembly and place it into the inserts on the
frame. Place the bolt through the hole and tighten the knob.
Repeat this step on all four sides. The splash guard or pale can
now be slid into the seat assembly.
