Do not allow the gel pad to touch each other,
such as by folding over this product.

Do not press the gel pads too hard on the pad
holder, it may damage the gel surface.

Please do not bend the pad holder, this will
cause deformation and can’t then be used
normally.
SAFETY NOTE

Keep the pad holder clean.

When storing the product avoid a hot or humid location (such as inside a car), and
away from direct sunlight.
•
When not in use, keep in a safe place to avoid tripping on it and getting injured.
•
Keep out of the reach of children and store away from pets.
•
Please do not place near a fire.
TROUBLESHOOTING

Is there a limit to how often you should use the ProVive?
Do not use in the same place more than once a day.
•
Can be used continuously?
Do not exceed 20 minutes on the same body part.
•
On which body parts should I not use the ProVive?
Avoid any wounds, inflamed or irritated skin. Do not use on the heart, varricose veins,
mouth, genitals or face.
•
If the ProVive will not turn on...?
Check if battery is low and needs to be charged.
•
My ProVive is continuously beeping when in use, and the intensity will not increase.
Ensure the pads are firmly attached to the skin, and the battery is fully charged.
•
Electrode gel pads are not sticky?
The electrode gel pads will lose adhesiveness over use. Please contact the seller for
replacements.
•
Stimulation is weak or non-existent?
The battery is low and need to be charged.
