For privacy protection reasons it may be required to announce the start of a

Operating the function on a system telephone
The “Call recording” function can be operated on the system telephone by
means of a programmed function key or via the status-dependent MenuCard
Conversation
.

For programming the function key, select the
6 Connections
entry on the
Main menu
MenuCard:
4 Call > 0 Call recording

Starting and stopping call recording (with a programmed function key)
You are in a telephone call.
Start recording
g
Press the function key. When the recording is session is
started, the LED of the key lights up. The LED is on during
the entire recording session.
If the communications system is configured accordingly, it
produces a beep when the recording session starts.
End recording
g
Press the function key again. The LED is switched off.
