Step 2:
If the microPMU’s
time does not reflect today’s date, the
device time must be set manually before
applying the firmware upgrade.
NOTE:
Physical access to the microPMU will be required for these next steps. If physical access is not
possible, please use the contact information at the end of this document to reach out to PSL support
before continuing.
Step 3:
Shut down the microPMU device. To completely shut down the device, send a reboot command using
the display screen.
From the display’s home screen, tap on Actions, then Reboot and confirm with the ‘YES’ option.
About 30 seconds to a minute after sending the reboot command the display screen will go completely
white for a few moments (example image below).
Once this happens, remove the input power to the device (e.g. input power to PM1 module) to prevent
it from booting back up.
