When functioning properly, SmartBurner will not glow red. (If it does, see
Troubleshooting on page 8.) To avoid risk of burning, check the stove panel
element indicator light to determine if a burner plate is on.
Since SmartBurner holds heat longer than a coil element, always take extra
care before touching a burner plate, especially after cooking.
