Drill a Ø 12 mm hole over the last guide of the door, matching with the hole and the M10 nut of the pulley. (for rippled doors
or doors with irregular elements, it will be necessary to couple the WINNER DC pulley to a 1m flat metallic piece).
MANUAL VERIFICATION
Unlock the actuator, the pulley should rotate freely. Check manually that the shutter opens and closes properly. If this
happens the device is properly installed.
CONNECTIONS
Insert the electrical wires into the door’s tube through the Ø 15 mm hole. Plug the engine switch to the wires and connect
the loose wires with Faston connectors to the unlocking device. (Image 6(A))
Follow the instructions that come with the Junior DC 24 electrical equipment to connect the engine and the additional
connections like photocells, safety belts and other elements.
If necessary, clamp the wires and connectors to prevent them from rubbing with the mobile parts of the door.
SAFETY RULE: The supply wires must be protected with a differential switch.

* REPLACEMENT OF THE HALL SENSOR
The Hall sensor is located o the inner rear zone of the DC engine. The Hall sensor outer part consists on two overlapping
black plastic pieces. One of the pieces has a pyramidal shape and the other one (closer to the engine) has a rectangular
shape. Follow the instructions below to replace the Hall sensor.
1º Remove the connector wires using a special extraction tool (Pujol Muntalà can provide the it).
2º Remove the pyramidal shape piece. Avoid removing the rectangular piece with the wires.
3º Remove the rectangular piece with the Hall sensor and the wires by moving it at an angle.
4º Replace the sensor following the described procedure in inverted order.
Pay attention to connect the wires as they were connected before.

Automatismos Pujol guarantees its door actuators, electrical equipment and supplements against any manufacturing failures
for a period of 2 years from the date they are provided.
LIABILITIES
Automatismos Pujol undertakes to repair equipment subject to guarantee, prior revision by our technical department. Any
equipment delivered due to urgency before it has been decided if it is under guarantee, will be considered as a standard
order to be paid.
Replaced faulty equipment under guarantee will remain property of Automatismos Pujol
The installer will replace said equipment at his/her own cost.
Freight will be paid by Automatismos Pujol
CANCELLATION
Automatismos Pujolequipments will not be covered by the guarantee in the following cases:
-Incorrect election of equipment due to door features.
-Assembly and/or connection instructions have not been followed.
-The actuator or equipment is unpaid.
