Suction Line from the Factory Suction Line
to the AirDog II-5G Inlet

First, lubricate the inside of one end of the HS14 fuel line with clean motor oil and slide
it over the suction line to where the factory piece was cut off in step 5-4.

NOTE: The Crew Cab and Single Cab trucks will need to use different fittings from one another
for the next step. Crew Cab trucks will need to use an FQC1290 fitting and the Single
Cab trucks will need to use the FQC12S fitting.

For Crew Cab applications, assemble the other end of the fuel line (Reference section
6) using fuel line end FQC1290 and plug it into the male J2044 fitting installed in the
AirDog® labeled “Engine.” A “click” will be heard once the fitting is properly connected.
Refer to figure 30. For Single Cab applications do the same, but with an FQC12S Fitting.
