Q1: What is white powder which sticks to the cup or kettle?
A1: Alkaline-forming minerals. Which contains Calcium, Magnesium, and
Sodium, Potassium, lron and Manganese. The white power will appear
after boiling the alkaline water. It's all right for drinking.
Q2: What kind of water should be used?
A2: Normal city tap water is preferred.
Q3: Do I have to unplug the unit if I don't use the unit over one week?
A3: Please take off the filter from the unit, and keep the filter in a clean bag,
and unplug the unit. When you need to use it again, install the filter and
let it run for about 5 minutes before you drink.
Q4: Why there are little bubbles in the ionized water?
A4: During the ionized process water is mixed with the air.
Q5: Why we can't take medicine with alkalized water?
A5: Because the water makes the medicine more absorbable. A 50mg tablet
could affect your body as if it were a 100mg.
Q6: Can babies drink alkaline water?
A6: We'd suggest babies drink neutral clean water.
Q7: What does the acidic water do?
A7: Acidic water is for germ killing, cleansing, sterilizing and healing
treatment. For external use only.
Q8: Can I drink alkalized water directly?
A8: As long as the filter is changed periodically, alkalized water can be drunk
directly.
