7. Operation of the PROLINE PLUS systems

7.1  Description of the operation

The water in the system to be treated, goes through the 
manual in-let valve

 and enter in the appliance going 

through the turbidity filter

In this phase of filtration, the particles in suspension, the 
chlorine, its derivatives and other organic substances are 
retained.
The passing of the water towards the interior of the system is 
controlled via the shut off valve

 or via the electro shut-off 

valve

 in the PROLINE PLUS PUMP models.

The water, after leaving the filtration phase, is pushed towards 
the reverse osmosis membrane

 via the pump

The PROLINE PLUS PUMP models incorporates a minimum 
pressure switch

 that protects the pump, against falls in 

pressure in the system, stopping the operation and closing the 
electro in-let valve

 when this situation is detected. The wa-

ter pressure against the membrane makes the reverse osmosis 
process possible. On the one hand, the reverse osmosis water, 
after going through a check valve

 is stored in a reservoir tank

 and, on the other hand, the water with excess salts and 

unwanted substances go to the drain
