A description of these parameters is listed in the following table.

Max
A or C
The current or charge of the most intense pixel, units selected
on the “Units” pulldown on the Data screen.
Integral
A or C
The sum of the current or charge of each of the pixels, units
selected on the “Units” pulldown on the Data screen.
Rotation
degrees The rotation of the fitted ellipse.
Mean X
mm
The offset of the center of the fit ellipse from the center of the
device in the X direction.
Mean Y
mm
The offset of the center of the fit ellipse from the center of the
device in the Y direction.
σ Major
mm
The distance along the long axes of the fitted ellipse.
σ Minor
mm
The distance along the short axes of the fitted ellipse.
σ X
mm
The sigma of the fit ellipse in the X direction.
σ Y
mm
The sigma of the fit ellipse in the Y direction.
Elongation
The ratio between the major and minor axis (major/minor).
