SOLAR POWER OPERATED 

If you are not going to use the product for a prolonged period, switch the Power ON/OFF switch 
to the OFF position to save battery life. 

Note:

 You will need to reset and set the clock again after using this feature. 

 

DUAL POWER SUPPLY 

This clock is designed to operate using two x 1.5v Alkaline batteries & solar power. Battery life 
approximately 4-5 years if the clock is used in light at least 200 lux for 10hours per day. 
 

CHANGING THE BATTERIES 

Slide the power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. Open the battery cover located at the back of the 
clock and insert 2 x “AA” Alkaline batteries into the battery compartment as indicated by the polarity 
markings. Now follow the instructions to set the clock, 
 

Note: 

Do not mix new and old batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable 

(nickel cadmium) batteries. Please dispose of old batteries in a reasonable manner. 

 

TROUBLESHOOTING 
 
Problem: 

No display when the power is switch ON. 

Solution 1. 

Check that the batteries are new and installed properly. 

Solution 2.

 Press the reset button. 

 

Problem: 

The power is ON and the display is fading. 

Solution:

 Turn the power switch OFF and replace the batteries. 

 

MAINTENANCE 

A soft cloth may be used to clean your clock. 
Do not use any corrosive cleanser or chemical solutions on the clock. 
Keep the clock clean and dry to avoid any problems.

Disposal of electrical & electronic equipment 
Do not dispose of this product with household waste. For the proper treatment, recovery and recycling 
please take this product to the appropriate collection point. If you are unsure of where this is contact
