5. Maintenance and Service
QAT RS3 doesn’t require regular maintenance in normal use. However, there are a few things that will
help to keep it in good operating and cosmetic condition.

Cleaning
Clean the casing only with a soft, dry cloth; avoid using any domestic cleaning products, do not
spray any cleaning products into the HD slot or the ventilation openings.

Extended Non-use Periods
Disconnect RS3 from power supply when unused for a long time.
6. After-sale Service
QAT RS3 Music Server comes with a 2-Year limited warranty.
QAT products are identified by a unique serial n° (S/N) located at the back of the unit. This number
is required to register your product and validate your warranty. Please refer your serial number
when requiring service.
Warranty coverage exceptions:

Damages due to operator’s misuse including water damages, moisture damages, and other physical
damages and modifications are not covered by the warranty policy.

Damages due to any unauthorized disassembling, repairing or modifications are not covered by the
warranty policy.

Unpacking:
Please check that the following items are in the box:

2 x Mounting Flanges
4 x Mounting Screws
1 x Power cable
1 x USB Wi-Fi Adaptor

Carefully unpack each part, if there is any damage, or missing parts, please inform your
dealer immediately.
*
Please retain the original shipping carton and all packing materials as they are specially
designed to protect the unit during transportation.
