If you have updated the URCap and the external power supply works properly but the

still appears on your Teach
Pendant,
please raise
a
"Service Request"
in
our portal with at least the
following details at our help desk portal:
The device serial number;
The robot system type and software version;
The installed qbrobotics URCap version.
And wait for a response.
If you are suitable for upgrading we will do our best to ensure that the assistance goes as quickly and as
smoothly as possible.
8.9 Setup button on qb SoftClaw
Configure the button on the wrist flange as a trigger fot a Universal Robot Digital Input.
Go to
Installation
tab and select the I/O Setup menu.
Select the Digital Input in which you have inserted the Yellow wire(see section
Define I/O signals and configure actions with the I/O tab control. Available Input Actions:
Start: starts or resumes the current program on a rising edge.
Stop: Stops the current program on a rising edge.
Pause: Pauses the current program on a rising edge.
Freedrive: When the input is high, the robot is in freedrive ( similar to the freedrive button). The
input is ignored if a program is running or other conditions disallow freedrive.
