Customers in Europe
: Please fill out and sign "Appendix A Commissioning Report" on page 37, then
submit by Email or post to the address written at the end this book. This document can facilitate and speed
up the service process if any technical problem occurs.
Customers in Australia
: It is not mandatory to fill out the Commissioning Report. If submission is required,
please download a softcopy from https://q-cells-australia.com/q-home-support-centre/, then submit by Email
to the address written at the end of this book.
