Push handle as rollover protection
Adjust the push handle so that it is at least 10 cm above the cabin roof.
In the event of an accident, it provides a vital rollover protection for the
child.
Inserting the pennant
Insert the lower part of the pennant rod into the leaf spring mount and pass
the second part through the loop on the head protector. Insert the two rods
into each other.
Tow bar load and
weight distribution
The center of gravity of the load should always be in the middle of the
wheel axle.
Weight distribution
For example, use a bathroom scale to measure the tow bar load:

Load your Qeridoo as usual and buckle up the kids.

Do not couple the trailer to the bike yet.

Place the bathroom scales next to the tow bar.

Get on the bathroom scale and note the displayed weight.

Raise the tow bar head to coupling height (approx. 35 cm).

The tow bar load is the difference in weight between the current
measurement and the previous one.
An optimal tow bar load ensures a safe driving behavior.
An excessive load leads to poor driving behavior.
A too low tow bar load can push the bike upwards.
