Installing the head protectors
The head protectors serve as additional side protection in case the trailer should tip over.

Be sure that the slide covers for the head
protector are fixed and tightened on both sides.

Slide the head protector onto the slide holder as
shown in the picture.

Be sure that the fixing mechanism locks audibly.
»
Repeat the procedure on the other side of the
trailer.
Mounting the push handle
The push handle has multiple height settings and is used for pushing, pulling and manoeuvring
your
Sportrex
. When folded, the push handle also provides roll over protection:

Prepare the push handle by fully unfolding it. To do this, keep the light push buttons pressed
on both sides, see

Position yourself behind the upright cabin.
»
Loosen the two star grip screws at the bottom end
of the push handle to enable the tube clamps to be
easily pushed onto the tubes of the cabin frame.

Insert the star grip screws through the two cut-outs
in the hood.
»
Hold the push handle with both star grip screws
against the tubes of the upper cabin frame.
»
Attach the tube clamps in turn onto the cabin
frame tubes by applying gentle pressure. Secure
them by partly tightening the star grip screws.
»
Align the push handle horizontally by pushing the
tube clamps all the way up at the same height.
»
Securely tighten the star grip screws in order to fix
the tube clamps to the cabin frame.
