Danger!
Make sure that the push handle is also mounted in trailer mode each time you
drive as shown in the table (see
Setting the operating mode
on page 22), only then
is the cabin equipped with an additional roll bar.
Tightening the backrest
The stable backrest is an important safety element. The belts must always be tight under the seat
and behind a cabin for a good grip.
»
Put the cabin in the upright position and
open the cover.
»
Check the tension of the 4 black belts under
the seat and tighten them firmly.
»
Open the cover of the storage compartment.
»
Pull the belts which are tensed around the top
crossbar tightly.
»
Additionally tighten the transverse belt.
Inserting the pennant
Danger!
The pennant must always be mounted in Trailer mode. Otherwise the very low
Sportrex
is too easily overseen by other road users.
For safety reasons, we recommend putting the pennant into the pennant holder so
that it is easily visible before every journey, including in Buggy or Walker mode.
»
Using the connecting piece, insert the pennant
staff into the extension rod.
»
Insert the extended pennant pole through the loop
on the left head protector and secure the position
by inserting the pennant pole into the recess on the
left leaf suspension cover.
»
Unroll the pennant so that it can fly clearly visible
on the pennant staff.
