Low compression pressure White fume in vent pipe
The piston is worn out

burnt out or broken. ·The piston ring is worn out or damaged.
·The air and cylinder piston is worn out or damaged. ·The piston and air cylinder is worn out or damaged.
The gasket is damaged; there is air leakage between the crankcase and the gas.
Compression pressure too high Piston noises

The accumulated carbon is too much in the combustor.
·The air cylinder, piston and piston ring is worn out.
·The piston pin hole and piston pin are worn out.

Disassembly of air
cylinder body
Dismantle the cylinder head, the gasket of the cylinder
cover and the guide pin.
Dismantle the leading chain plate.
Dismantle the cylinder.

Inspection
of air cylinder body
Inspect the wear and tear of the cylinder inner wall.
Severe wear and replace it.
Take off the gasket and the guide pin.
Scrape away the gasket attached to the cylinder.
