Starting or restarting the palletiser
1. Check if there are any faults in the alarm list.
Check for warnings in the warning list.
Please resolve these notifications first. Use the help
function or list in Chapter ‘Notifications’ for
additional help.
2. Press the reset button when the machine is in
‘STOPPED’ or ‘ABORTED’ status.
If not, proceed to step 5
3. Once all parts have been referenced (homed), the
machine status will jump to ‘IDLE’.
If not yet, switch the mode selector switch to
position ‘AUTO’.
4. Now press the start button to start the palletiser

Check if the machine remains in status ‘EXECUTE’.
Wait about 30 seconds before walking away from
the machine

If the machine goes to ‘SUSPENDED’
status, it is probably because there is
no supply of products.
