6.3.1 Daily maintenance

Check for visible damage of

Replace damaged wheels
Check for visible dirt.
Clean the machine. Refer to

Cylinders
Check connectors for
leakage.
Fix leakage, if necessary
replace connectors.
Check if cylinder rods
are straight.
If rods are bend, replace
cylinders.
Bearings
Check for play.
Replace the bearings.
Sensors
Check for visible
damage.
Replace the sensors if
necessary.
Check for loose parts
Fasten loose parts.
Clean. Refer to
section 6.4
Cabling/tubing
Check if all cables
and tubes are
fastened tightly.
Reconnect cables/tubes if
necessary.
